Returns & Refunds
We hope that you’ll be delighted with your purchases, but in the event that you wish to return a product, please note our returns process and policy below:
Returns period – if you wish to return an unwanted or faulty product, please notify us by email or phone within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be received by Glo Smile within 30 days of original delivery.
Return postage – customers must cover the cost of the return.
Refunds and delivery costs – all refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Delivery costs on your original order will NOT be refunded if the goods are being returned due to a customer’s change of mind, but Glo Smile will refund original postage costs if the goods are being returned due to being faulty.
